Grad Knight Event Registration 

Please follow the following 2-step event registration process to ensure students GradKnight event participation and priority bus seating for the evening of June 12, 2024.  Step 1: Complete & Submit the Student Waiver and Step 2: Purchase your Ticket!

Waiver 1A - 2024 Senior Release Form 2024  [Required] and if necessary, the Waiver 1B - the Emergency Care Plan 2024

  1. Please open REQUIRED Waiver 1A -Senior Release Form 2024 PDF on your computer. You will NOT be able to fill out the from your phone. 
  2. Type the requested information
  3. Print, sign and email waiver to newportgradknights+waivers@gmail.com. Please include Student Name in the email subject line. 
  4. Please take a moment to review the expectations of the event with your senior on the front page of the senior release. Students will be signing the waiver again at check-in the night of the event.
  5. Please complete the Waiver 1B - the Emergency Care Plan 2024 [optional] only if medical awareness/accommodations are needed and email waiver to newportgradknights+waivers@gmail.com.
  6. You will receive an email confirmation from newportgradknights+canned.response@gmail.com if your waiver was received successfully.
  7. ​**While electric waiver submission is preferred, your student may return signed forms in an envelope to the counseling center. These will be collected weekly.

​Important to Register early! If you have not already done so, please complete your student's registration by completing registration HERE  ​** Priority Bus assignment will be based on purchase date.

Purchase your ticket today - We are Knights!! 
​The Grad Knight event is made possible by the
​Newport PTSA. 
​
If you are unable to pay for the cost of the ticket or have questions, please send an email to newportgradknights@gmail.com to explain your circumstances (this will only be seen by the GradKnight Steering Committee).  Need based assistance will be available to a limited number of students.
