There are two steps to the registration process.
1. Parents or guardians, please fill out and email a signed copy of the Grad Night Event waivers detailed below to newportgradknights+waivers@gmail.com
Register early, as ticket prices will increase as the event gets closer. Students are encouraged to coordinate ticket purchases with friends. Priority bus seating is assigned based on the purchase date of the participants ticket. Bus assignments will be open in May.

- ONLY parent/guardian signatures are required for the form submittal. We will be collecting ALL student signatures the night of the event.

Step 1 - Read and Sign Waivers
You will get an email confirmation from the newportgradknights+canned.response@gmail.com email address if your waiver was received successfully. Please Read for Phone Submission:

1A - 2023 Senior Release REQUIRED
Please take a moment to review the expectations of the event with your senior on the front page of the senior release. Students will be signing the waiver the at check-in the night of the event.

** Your student may also return signed forms in an envelope to the counseling center. These will be collected weekly.
Step 2 - Event Registration and Ticket Payment

Please complete your student's registration by filling in the Member Planet registration link and providing a form of payment to secure your student's ticket.
** Bus priority assignment is granted by purchase date. |
If you are unable to pay for the cost of the ticket or have questions, please send an email to newportgradknights@gmail.com to explain your circumstances (this will only be seen by the GradKnight Steering Committee). Need based assistance will be available to a limited number of students.
