Bus Selection Process

- Wed May 15: Each student with a ticket for gradknight will get an email of ALL STUDENTS with TICKETS that includes everyone's priority number for bus assignments.

- PURCHASE TICKETS HERE through Fri May 17

- The priority number is based on when you paid for your ticket and is your "place in line" for when you can request your bus assignment. The first ticket paid is priority number 001, and has the highest priority.
- Over the weekend of May 18-19: Busses are assigned to students.
- Mon morning May 20 at 12:01 am: Students with priority numbers 001-030 will get an email with a link to the bus lists with instructions on requesting seats. Each bus will have a color. You can request a seat on any bus.
- You can request for yourself and have the choice to include up to 2 other friends that agree to be included.
- Mon May night May 20: respond to the email and you must copy those two other friends by 9pm.
- If you are requested by someone else and copied on the email and assigned on a bus, you will not get an email to make a request, because you already have a seat.
- Tue May 21 - Fri May 24: The same process will repeat each day. The next group of 30 students in priority order that still need to request a seat will receive an email at 12:01 am with the updated bus list from the day before. And request emails are due by 9 pm of the same day.
- Ticket sales will determine the number of buses (approx 5-7 busses)
